What is GlycoHunter?

GlycoHunter is free, open-source Matlab application to identify and perform relative quantification of INLIGHT™ labelled N-linked glycans. GlycoHunter performs both targeted and untargeted searches of MS1 data by finding peak pairs consisting of a monoisotopic value and one of up to four user defined m/z offsets.

A standalone version of GlycoHunter that does not require a Matlab licence is also provided.
